He is committed to assisting clients in transforming their ideas into reality and guiding them through the process required to achieve their project completion goals.

Graham Roach
Project Manager
Graham Roach is a Project Manager at Salem Sports Events with extensive experience in construction, project management, and engineering. He has managed a variety of commercial and residential projects, overseeing estimating, material takeoffs, and fabrication scheduling. Graham previously worked at Viator Design & Construction and Landmark Builders, leading construction projects and teams.

Phil Doby
Commercial Field Operations Supervisor
Phil Doby is a seasoned professional at Salem Sports Events with over 30 years of experience in custom millwork, design, and manufacturing. He has held key roles such as Construction Foreman at Blue Ridge Energy Systems, Shop Foreman at Carolina Millwork, and Owner/President of Providence Millwork and Cabinet Company.
